Hey Zoohice, Don't know about the first 2, but depending on the recipe, the SWEET MILK might be whats known as condensed milk, a very thick, sweet milk based product, comes in a can, about as thick as honey, what is it going to be used in?

honiny grits are degerminated white corn that is course ground, and white corn meal is the same only more finely ground.

It is just the way they (English) refer to what we would just call "milk". If it is good, fresh milk, it is called sweet milk. Perhaps they have refrigeration problems?
