A while back someone asked about calories in cheap cappucino--you answered about restaurant cappucino--don't you have 7-11's where you live? This stuff is sold at convenience stores and gas stations--it's wonderful and we want to know how many calories we're taking in. I think it's made by the Supreme Coffe co. but the commercial bags have no nutritional info on them. Please see if you can get an answer from the company--thanks!

Its probably the same as a candy bar.
Full of corn sweeteners and fat.

I like the instant cappucino stuff they sell at the grocery store (coffee flavored hot chocolate really). Check the back of a box, you'll get a pretty good idea...about 300 calories for 6.oz is my guess. It's about equal to a package of hot chocolate drink. If I recall correctly it's got alot of sugar, but that does get listed as fat, even though that's what it does to you.
