Hi all
I have been doing some heavy research on extracts and emulsions to use in my baking. I have been using Butter, Vanilla and nut extract/compound for sometime with satisfaction. I was using Magic Line's Butter Vanilla for a while and it's Heavenly! I have also heard great things about Cultured Creme Royale and Butavan. I have heard nothing about Creme Bouquet, and I am not a fan of it.
Any pointers?
