Okay, Guys, here we go again... I need a good recipe for the high school wrestlers. No honey, no almonds, and no coconut (school rules). Very little fat (wrestlers request) yet moist as they don't want to ingest much liquid before the meet (weight issues). Does anybody have a good recipe that I can adapt for the guys to stay on weight and yet feel like they aren't going to "die" of hunger before the match? Thanks for any input you can give me :>)

I'm off until Monday to watch my nephew graduate from the CHP academy in Sacto. (Kinda ironic when I just bought a new sports car - hope he doesn't give me my first ticket in it.) LOL

Come on, guys. Don't tell me you have no tried and true recipes for my wrestlers! They are not eating lunch so they can make weight and depending on me to supply bus food for the trips. Passing out on the way to weigh-in isn't going to cut it. Don't any of you eat (ugh!) energy bars? And, Spike, I don't think donuts qualify. lol

I have one and only one recipe for power bars, I hesitate to share it......

I go to the store and buy them.
