Something like tassies, but not pecan. Those are easy to find.
I make butterscotch tartlets. Press the dough in mini muffin pans, fill with filling and bake. But what else could I use besides the butterscotch filling? Someone suggested a key lime filling. Use the same filling as a key lime pie, but just pour it into the mini shells.
Any other ideas?

I once made a sort of brownie filling but used chunks of white chocolate and almond biscotti in the batter and baked them in chocolate shortbread shells. Awesome!

anything and everything.
any old cake mixed up, add a little buttercream or old ass jam, pipe it out in the shells.
yogurt,... a mixture of nuts with old dried cake crumbs mixed together(add something to soften it up)
jello.
franks and beans.
mac and cheese.
tri tip.
peanutbutter and jam.
