Has anyone been through the Pastry Arts Program at the Cooking School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado? If not, does anyone know someone who has?

I'm interested in their Pastry Arts program and wanted to get some inside information before I apply.

Thank you.

I've heard of it and I live in Denver. But then I ignore the People's Republic of Boulder,so I really don't know anything about it.

Shindigs -

Check out Johnson and Wales in Denver. While the culinary school has been there for a few years now, they just started their B&P program last year and with the new baking labs, it rocks.

One thing I recommend with any culinary school you are looking at is try to check out the campus before you decide where you go, if that is possible. That way you get a chance to see the facilities, meet the chefs, etc and get a feel if the place is a fit.

Check out both schools and see what you think!
