Looking for a good vacuum to clean oven troughs and other tough jobs with. Our shop vac works as far as the insides and motor but 450 degree heat melted our hose. Looking to spend between $4oo-600.

Why don't you vacuum it when it's cooled down!
You can always buy thermal hose and replace the current one also.

It's an option, the hose I mean. Just wanted to know if anyone could direct me to a place which would sell that type of vacuum (or hose). There's more than one job for it, and our ovens don't cool down enough - at least while we are in the bakery.

a vacuum that vacuums fireplaces.
you can vacuum hot stuff with it.
