Lord knows why, I don't, they can't seem to get a handle on the snow, plus no one wants them there. But your right, it's just not a few nationalities that makes a melting pot. The cities you mentioned have EVERYONE from all over the globe, and in VOLUME.
Thats what makes a melting pot.
Not just a few criminals from a couple of places.
