MINIMUMS:
Completion of a pastry or baking apprenticeship or 1 year related experience
Ability to transport 50 pounds
**"Perform duties while standing most of the work shift"**
Must have basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
...That a Employer would have to put this in the ad for a Pastry Chef.
No wonder Pastry/Bake shops are closing left and right and owners are losing money and chefs are getting their food costs screwed up.

a bakery wanted me to do pastrys for them once for like 6.00 a hour. most jobs I have to do my own prep and station setup, cook and help customers. and do stock once a week. ah, the snack bar life, got to love it.

So your telling us Priest's don't make enough money to live on?
For the ones that are devoted to the "teachings" of the Church, I find that disgusting.
Oh, by the way Father, I have sinned.
Bunch of little stuff, if there is such a thing, you know, thoughts and stuff.
