I am looking for a recipe for a stuffing bread to be used on thanksgiving. I believe it had celery and onions in it. And is used to make stuffing.
Someone pleasse help me!

I'm not sure if I understand you. Do you mean a bread stuffing used like inside the bird? Or a type of bread that is filled and baked then used with other stuffing ingredients?
If it's a bread you make first, I think it would be easier to use plain bread and add you celery and onion etc...to it. Since the bread will be cut up for the stuffing no one will know how the ingredients came together.
My family makes a bread stuffing that goes like this: Cubed stale bread, diced sauteed onions and celery mixed with raw beatened egg with a small bit of milk to bind bread. We season this with purchased poulty seasoning, salt and pepper.
I like this with the addition of cooked breakfast sausage (like jimmy deans)crumbled into it. My mother sautes the turkey innerds(sp?) and grinds them finely with the sausage adding it to the above bread stuffing. You can add many different ingredients to the basic bread stuffing if you wish.
