I'm trying to make pignoli cookies in quanity for Christmas and I'm looking for a source of almond paste that can be purchased in bulk or by the pound.
Can anyone give me a lead.

Try enuts.com. I used bulk almond paste from American Almond for frangipane in October. It was not as pure as the european style, has some preservatives but is passable for baking.
