I'm looking for a recipe for Bailey's Irish Creme mousse. Preferably one without gelatin because I want to pipe it after it has set up.

If you have a recipe for white chocolate mousse, you can add your Bailey's to it at the very end. Put just a touch of gelatin in to compensate for the extra liquid of the booze. White chocolate mousse sets up much more smoothly than an all gelatin mousse.
