I did buy some thru sweet celerations a couple years ago but the sizing was to exact. Meaning...if you bought 9" liners for your 9" pan they didn't fit with-out trimming (which defeats the point). They didn't carry 8 3/4" or even 8".

Does anyone know who carries them?

Thanks in advance!

I assume your talking about the round inserts for the bottoms without the sides. We throw 8's in 9" pans. Just give the pan a shot on the side to slide the cake a little and they just pop out. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

Yes, but who sells them in a variety of sizes? Would you have a phone number or a name available?

This would be very helpful!

Panini, don't you buy these? Aren't higher volume bakeries still using them....cutting them is a drag when your in a hurry...no thoughts?

Yes, cut a ton on a slow day but I do other tasks on slow days like royal flowers, etc...that I can't buy.

Yes We get them from our bakery supply company. 7",8"---- 9's and 10's we use a removable bottom pan--larger ones we cut

W. I am sure I bought circular parchment liners from Wilton last year at their tent sale. I tried to check their online store website for you, but it hasn't been working the last couple of days.
The following website has 9" and 10" parchment liners 25 for $3.29 & $3.49: http://www.fantes.com/pan_liners.htm#circle
The following website claims 6"-12" liners for between 8-10 cents each: http://www.cakecarousel.com/cake_supplies.htm
The following website sells 10" circles by 1000's
http://www.hpgourmet.com/supplies.html
I will be at the Chicago Restaurant show again this Tuesday. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Don't spend a lot of money on these. They are pennies. I buy them from the place that sell them to cakecarousel. Let me know what ptice you get. If it's high I can ship them to you.

I don't mind if you do own stock...as long as it's a product I want and I can't find it anywhere I'd be happy to line your pockets!

Looks like thanks are in order again, it's really appreciated!! Ditto bratgirl!
