I have a college humanities progect due in 4 weeks and it is on Rome. We would like to include food in our presentation. Would anyone know of some recipes or where I could find some.

Vale amici,
I found allegedly authentic Roman recipes on the net and collected them for my amusement. Unfortunately I do not have the original URL. If anyone would like a copy of my file (Word document), please e-mail me and I will send it along. I don't dare post it here for fear of bungling up the sysytem. It is a 6-page document.

BTW, I see my mentor Gerard hangs out here.
