Help!!!
Why don't my pre-baked tart shells slide right off the tart pan???? On occasion it seems as if the bottom of the pan 'imbed's itself into the shell! What in the heck am I doing wrong???? This never used to be a problem and I'm getting a complex over something not very complicated. Thanks!
