Hi! I was wondering if anybody can give me a recipe for a different type of waffle. I am looking for a waffle that used to sell in Hong Kong; it is a waffle that is chewy and perhaps a little tough. Most of the recipes I find make fluffy waffles. It there some kind of ingredient or something I can do to a waffle recipe to produce a chewy texture? Thanks a lot for your help!
