: OK, i have to come up with this dish for my french class and i was wondering if anyone here had some suggestions. im a terrible cook, so it has to be something that doesnt require too much use of anything ive set on fire in the past (ie: stove, oven, toaster). a little use is ok, but just as long as the majority of it is done without it. i hope that doesnt totally eliminate everything i could possibly do........ well, like i said, tell me if you have any suggestions (and hopefully recepies)

I understund in France we do have too many choice in our kitchen to make a choice. I think you could make in a few minutes french crepes, they originaly are comming from Bretany ( it is a french province). To be apreciate the have to be very thin, nothing to do with american pancakes. It will be maybe difficult to make them "flambée" in the middle of your class room, but with a few drops of "GRAND MARNIER" it is more then delicius.Sorry for my bad english.
