Need help with plumms

Hi i want to deepfrie plumms like potato krokets but with a plummfilling need help.
I am thinking of do a patisser with plummspuré and mix with spicy choklat sponge krutons, then do a mix like for the Alcazar marengue italien mix with choklate noire amer "Weisse" 62% and then mix with the patisser, then pipe nozel nr:18, then freez, then role around marzipan and cut in to 10cm pizes and dip into eggs and roul in bread crumbs made of brioch sented with cardemum, do eny one have any aidders to. Sorry for my spelling i do prefer Swedish oct to talk
