WHY DO MY CHEESE CAKE TOP ALWAYS SINK AFTER COOLING. AND WHY DOES THE TOP LOOKS LIKE IT"S
BURNT BUT IT TASTE VERY GOOD I HEARD ABOUT
USING GELETIN BEFORE BAKING AND USING A --RELEASE PAN THIS SHOULD MAKE IT WHITER ---LOOKING ALSO IT"S COOKED IN A WATER BATH
HAVE YOU HEARD OF THIS? PLEASE HELP ME MAKE
A CHEESE CAKE THAT DOSEN"T LOOK BURNT...
