Do you have a recipe for Lady Fingers, all that you can do as try and add some mashed pumpkin to the batter before folding in the whites. I doubt it will hold much pumpkin and stay light though.

I assume that you have made these befor so I will not waste my time with the method, only ingredients.

LADY FINGERS:

1 lb corn starch
20 oz bread flour
30 large eggs seperated
30 oz granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice or tartaric acid solution
