Help! I have planned a pumpkin charlotte for the hotel's Thanksgiving buffet
but can't find my formula for pumpkin ladyfingers. I know I need to substitute
pumpkin for some of the liquid, but I don't have time to experiment. Any
recipes or starting percentage ideas? Much appreciated!
