Dear all,
I would like to get a recipe for a plain cheesecake (no crust), I've had a wonderful experience eating this cheesecake at the Regent hotel in Bangkok, it is soft, smooth and creamy, literally melts in my mouth!
I hope you pros don't mind me asking since cheesecake might be a common one, I'm in Thailand and it is difficult to get a good cheesecake around here, only at the hotel and I find it very expensive and it is nice to know how to make one!
