I have two diffent menu packages. If you book my facility or if I go to yours.
Outside catering is 20% more than in my facility.
If we have to set up an entire hall from start to finish, I charge an aditional $15.00 per hour.
It is really important to meet with the client at the catering site before dicussing prices.
