I don't think talking about your attitude is a problem , it sounds like you have a lot experience with what you speak. So my question is Give us the details. It sounds like you have gotten down the serving of large groups and that is no easy thing to do. Would you mind talking more about vegetables that hold well and can be cooked ahead ? Your grill sounds great is it gas or charcoal? Also what other great tips do you have?
