How many can be served from 4" 1/2 chafer panPosted by Brenda on May 19, 19101 at 22:45:46 :
I have to do King Ranch casserole for 70 people and don't want to have to use alot of different glass casserole dishes. I have 4 - 4" half pans that go in my chafer. How many will 1 of those pans serve. My chafer will hold 2 4" pans. Will the 4 pans be enough to serve 70 if I layer the casserole almost to the top?
