My name is Russell McCarten and I own and operate Super Suppers, a Personal Chef Service in the West Island area of Montreal, Quebec. I have been operating for about a year now, and am growing nicely.

I wish to correspond with other personal chefs in order to network, and exchange all manner of ideas.

I look forward to hearing from anyone, and, I am also new to the internet.
