I am just beginning a personal chef business in New York City and am very excited about the prospects. I already have clients, I am a trained culinary professional, but I am finding there are aspects about personal cheffing that are unique to the profession. The internet has been a life and timesaver in researching recipes and storing techniques. If you have any advice or words of wisdom on getting a biz up and running I'd love to hear from you.
