I am a personal chef for a single family. I am looking for any one who is a personal chef for a single family. I am looking for a few pointers. Formerly, I was a Exec. at free standing restaurant, but this job has it's own unique pitfalls. Any advice would be grately appriciated. Also, I would simply like to network with other single family personal chefs.
