I too am a single family PC. I've been working for them for almost 2 months. E-mail me with any questions you may have. This job definately has many quirks that you don't get in a restaurant.

: I am a personal chef for a single family. I am looking for any one who is a personal chef for a single family. I am looking for a few pointers. Formerly, I was a Exec. at free standing restaurant, but this job has it's own unique pitfalls. Any advice would be grately appriciated. Also, I would simply like to network with other single family personal chefs.
