George is right. We recommend that all Personal Chef service owner/operators complete the Food Handler's or Food Sanitation course and exam, and carry their certification card with them to show to potential clients, so that the client will know that they are in the hands of an individual who has been trained and certified in Safe Food Handling techniques - sanctioned by their State or City Government.
