I post this message to all my fellow Culinary Educators out there.
Have you all noticed how many cries for information we have had at this site, in many of the forums, from prospective students looking for information about going to school. We need to pass this on to our institutions(I have), that we are not doing a very good job of marketing our product. The schools need to have TRUTHFULL and ACCURATE informations (Like you don't become a Chef right out of school, unless you were a chef when you went into school) about their programs, avaiable on the web.
Any ideas.
