Good and Simple Teriyaki Sauce
2 C Soy Sauce (Kikoman Light)
2/3C Pale Dry Sheerry
1/4C Sugar
1/2tsp Fresh Ground Ginger
3-4 Clove Fresh chop Garlic
You just mix and adjust to taste.
Might also consider a little sesame oil and some sliced scallions.
