: I am researching wood fired grills for my new place. I have gotten info from Woodstone and Aztec so far. Is anyone out there currently using a wood fired grill? I have always used gas charbroilers and would like to hear about using a true wood grill. Horror stories, other makes/models, etc. Thanks in advance..Chef Bob :-)
