: Well, we're outta luck. When Bridge Kitchenware contacted MORA, their people said that this book is out of stock and has been out of print for at least 8 years. Don't know if there ever was an English edition. I'll keep an eye out for two copies of either, but it could take awhile (like years) ...

: Thanks Susan. in the mean time check out tis little french pastry cookbook, called " Boulangerie" the craft and cultue of baking in france. it's by paul Rambali,Macmillan USA. when i first read it made my heart glow , it has little storys of the history of french bakery past and present.
