There is a great book out onthe subject called 'Tapas, the little foods of Spain'. I do not recall the author but it had some great recipes and ideas. One in particular for a dish called Albondigas di Almandra- meatballs in a sauce thickened with ground almonds- I have used with success at informal parties for years.
