I know Hans , last time I saw him he was working for a Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. I left the Phoenix area in 1990. You should calll Bob Bland or Chef Peter at the Phoenix Country Club they know Hans very well. I will be in Phoenix in the middle of february and I can find out for you where he is.
