Some of my customers are wanting Gyros sandwiches.
It has been since I was a kid that I ate any of these and I cannot find
a thing in my books.
I know they are lamb, cucumber sauce, and pita bread. I would like to
do it correctly though and not just guess at it. An authentic recipe
would be nice.
Naturally I would be delighted to see any other Greek recipes also.
