If you're looking for Spanish nougat, you might try Andalusian Turron on the site shown below. Unfortunately, it won't let me create a direct link to the recipe, so here's how you get there. Click on the link shown below. Then click on "International Recipes" in the upper left corner of the screen. IGNORE the search engine, as it doesn't seem to work! Instead, scroll down *past* "Candies and Snacks" until you get to "Eggs and Dairy." (Highly intuitive, right?) Click on "Eggs and Dairy" and then scroll down to and click on "Turron.html" which is the recipe.

You could also try a Catalan version called Turron de Agramunt (http://www.neosoft.com/recipes/candy/nougat). Do you want hard or soft nougat? Or are you looking for something else entirely?
