Has anyone out there heard of Penn State's 9 day ice cream course? Give me the dirt. If you know of any other schools that offer similar programs please tell. Also, if any of you professionals use any type of commercial ice cream makers (Taylor, Coldelite, etc.) I'd appreciate anything you have got to say.
