Go to the Web Resources, Software area at EOL, you'll find links to all sorts of commercial foodservice software companies.
Check Culinary Software Services and the Escoffier Software folks(no relation to the EOL site). There DOS based(last I looked) but have all the functionality you could want, at a price.
