As a Hotelier that at senior management I can stress the need to pursue one's career especially to be at the top.
This entails the contuining search for both ones delopment and and position that can only be made by endless efforts and use of personal contacts to find the best of both balances of both employer and financial rewards.

Having opened three hotel in the Greek Hospitality industry one wonders when will a happy balance be achieved.
The answer relies on the suply and demand balance...........,
