I don"t think there are any specific problems to being gay in the kitchen I do think[although I don"t know what this means] that there are far more gay women than gay men in the kitchen.:Some of Washington D.C.'s most accomplished and well known chefs are lesbians.I hope you do start an organization. It is important for people to feel they are not alone.
