: Visiting New Orleans in the not-too-distant future! Breakfast is probably cafe au lait and beignets at Cafe du Monde or the Morning Call. Any suggestions as to where we might eat lunch and/or dinner on Sunday? Good food required, decor optional. (Husband highly resistant to suits and ties ... )

nola. in the french quarter.
i had a wonderful meal there two years ago.
as i remember, i had a seared duck breast. bitter greens.
cabbage and something fruit. mango?
there was also salad and a chocolate dessert, but, it is
the duck that has stayed with me.
it is a popular place, and well worth the wait you may
have to invest.
to be safe, call to make sure they are open sundays.
