YOU are experienced with fine New American cuisine, capable of
honest, high-presentation dishes inspired by American regional
cuisines, and interested in helping to create an elegant, expensive
independent restaurant.-I- am opening "AMERICA" in a landmark-
quality building located 1 mile north of the George Washington
Bridge (10 minutes over the Hudson River from mid-town NYC) in the
exclusive Englewood Cliffs/Alpine area of New Jersey. Extensive
tasting menu, all-American wine cellar with cruvinet, rich and
sophisticated dining rooms including American Empire antiques,
avant-garde lighting and strong/graphic Bernardaud porcelain
service. Seating for 150 and lively/hip bar crowd. I have the
marketing experience and vision. I need the right "partner" in
the kitchen to execute the plan (no investment required; this is
