Creative, hard-working person wanted for our one-person kitchen; responsible for all aspects of food preparation including cost accounting. We serve a multi-choice five-course dinner at one seating & are building a reputation for excellent food served in a romantic, congenial setting. Salary competitive. Position is full-time, year-round. Must be able to work well with other Inn staff & willing to perform other tasks during slow seasons.
Our Inn has 12 rooms and is an 1860s granite mansion located on a 100 acre estate in the middle of the White Mountain National Forest. The Inn & previous chef were featured this past year on the PBS cooking show Country Inn Cooking with Gail Greco.
