: : : I am looking for a method to grill fish and some meats in my restaurant that will give them a wood flovor. Can't swing or find enough space for the regular wood burning grills and am looking into a " Jade Chitwood Smoker Grill" Has anyone used this grill or do you have any leads on other grills that you know do an excellent job on wood flavor? Thanks.

: Hi- If you do install a grill, I would be interested in providing you with "gourmet wood chip"- from fruit wood and dried herbs.

Hickory for red meat, mesquite for red meat or fish, apple for any meat, cherry for tenderloins or thick steaks and if the pallet is Ok try -------- surup with your BBQ sause.
