i just want to note that the temps for freezing are related to the length of time products are treated (frozen).
the lower the temp the shorter the time needed.
following time and temp recommendations always need to be strictly observed.
i cant give the specifics but the info is readily available.
hans, i was not aware of the danger from the game meats you have mentioned. thank you.
