: I can't seem to find anywhere that has actual chunks
: of wood for smoking. All I can find is stuff like
: saw dust. Any suggestions on were I can get chunks.

Be careful with sawdust. Make sure it comes from pesticide free hardwood only. Some smoking chips come from fruit orchards that have been treated with systemic pesticides that are released during burning.
What is the purpose of chunks. What do they accomplish that coarse hardwood sawdust can't?
Walmart carries a variety of hardwood chips. Mostly mesquite and hickory. Great for BBQ. Good, available most everywhere and cheap.
