I am looking for market statistics on HMR. In terms of US dollars how big is this market? What is the growth potetial over the next 3 - 5 years? Are there any segments (eg. supermarket, restaurant, convenience store)that are growing more than others? What research, if any, on packaging is there? Is there enough potential for a raw materials supplier (processing, packaging equipment) to make a sizeable committment to this market?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
