I have recently finished specing my property's food and have switched from the old prime vendor to a group of purveyors on name branded products with mfgr. rebate direct to us with out deviated pricing and based on spec. Last year I finished with a 31.65 cost and year on year performance this year we are running 1.45 below last year- Man I love it when things work
